I received a two hour spa package for my birthday from my partner, I booked in FOUR times (even taking days off work) and each time I was phoned 15-30 minutes before the appointment to cancel as the therapist was sick. After the fourth time I asked for the money back which was refused. I went to try my luck a fifth time and see now they are temporarily closed. I assume as they already had my money they kept cancelling my appointments and prioritising those paying. Extremely disappointing, hard earned money down the drain.

Tried booking an appointment, got an appointment- the staff canceled as therapists were unavailable. Tried again, got another appointment- the staff canceled as the therapist was sick. Tried yet another time - no appointment available for 2 months! And we need to keep chasing them as !! Clearly they don't seem to take accountability for their unavailability and try booking you another appointment even after you have tried enough. They won't even refund, they won't book you another appointment for their mistake, all you have to do is keep calling them and asking for slots. Seriously think before you go in for package with these guys!

We were gifted a couples massage for Xmas from our kids so we did the thing! Calm and serene from the moment you arrive. Lovely professional staff and super -relaxing. Jasmine and Joy were skilful and thorough - gentle where we wanted and firm where required! 90minutes of blissful pampering and a cup of tea to start and finish. A gorgeous end to our Easter break. Highly recommend for relaxation.

What an absolutely fabulous experience, I treated my daughter and I to a 3 hour pampering today for her 50th Birthday, we felt so relaxed and spoilt from start to finish Isa and her team are very professional and friendly and put us at ease from the minute we arrived, no rushing just calm and peaceful, the bubbly, strawberries and Chocolates at the end just topped off a perfect day, The best massage I've ever had, I highly recommend Sakura to everyone looking to feel relaxed pampered and spoilt I'll certainly be back Thank You Isa and Team

I was given a $200 voucher for my birthday. I tried to book online but no one responded. I’ve since tried phoning several times but just get an automated response from a mobile number that the call is diverted to. Now the Google listing says temporarily closed so I don’t have a good feeling about this. EDIT: Now officially in liquidation so there goes the money my family spent :(

I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at Sakura Day Spa with my friends last weekend, and it was an amazing experience! The masseuse was professional and knowledgeable, and they made sure to ask me questions throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable. I felt relaxed after the massage, and the atmosphere of the spa was so peaceful and calming. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing massage experience.

I spent an afternoon here celebrating with a friend and we had such a nice experience. The massage was amazing and I left feeling super relaxed and pampered. The little zen room you sit in with a nice cup of green tea before your treatments is an amazing start to get yourself ready for the pampering.
